What is this small circle in the back of the boat for?20170605_173614.jpg

it is where the stern light connection would be located for boats without a tower.
the boat molds are the same, you have the tower so no need for the pole light

What he said.

Cupholder for shot glasses.

That's the location where I eventually want to mount an outlet.

Consider water pooling in that space before you do that. I have the same outlet for charging but on a smooth surface so water never pools. It would look natural there. Just a thought...

I believe @jcyamaharider uses that location to mount a keg tap. ;)

I would love to have a flag pole there but 2 scared to drill the hole

It would have to be a big hole i would need a recessed holder to not get in the way of the boat cover

That is one I was thinking of putting there....but then I bought tower flag holders. I have pondered still putting it there, but for the grill. But I think I'd prefer the grill in the bow more out of the way.

I thought about a grill up front as well, but then went with this mod instead. (Used every single outing)

When/if I get a grill I think I'll stick to putting it into the table leg.

@Julian you have a grill on your boat right?

What set up are you currently using?
I'm looking at a Magma with the Power Grip/Level Lock
(Fathers day present)

I have a magma kettle that I used to use in my flag pole holder on the old boat, now I just put the post inside my stern table leg:
