Hey, Yamaha jetboat detectives! Long time listener, first time caller.
First off, I want to thank you for everything. Almost every problem or issue I've found on both my Yamaha jetboats over the last ten years has been handled exclusively by you. Your help is legion, and I appreciate you all!
But here's a tricky one:
I found this thing in the bilge - I think it was the aft bilge, and not the engine compartment - while I had the tray out to drill holes and fish cables for a transducer. It might be an artifact of the manufacturing process - God knows how many shavings, cut hose clamp ends, and other deritus I have found in there. But I figured I'd let you wizards get a look-see before I put the boat in the water in case it was something important. Boat is a 2017 242x E-Series. Thanks so much!
