So I went to install the Thrust Vector XV's and noticed this rubber seal flapping from the hole next to the jet.

Very normal to come out of the exhaust. Nothing to worry about just some extra caulk when manufacture. I do agree when I found mine, does look like a seal or so.

Looks like a silicon seal from the exhaust. I think others have found this also. Not sure if it is a reason for concern or not.

It is extra sealant. No reason for concern.

Thanks everyone.

My first boat and like everything I buy new, I am meticulous about everything.

I just found the same thing on my 2016 with 12 hours on it. I have been out since and have had no issues.
