That is your exhaust. The silicone comes off of them all the time, it is usually because they just slop way to much on. Same on a lot of the boats. Nothing to be worried about.

I had a big circular silicone clump rattling around in my exhaust too. It’s a gift from quality control. You’re lucky.

THIS - after two summers mine finally puked half a ring of silicone out of the starboard exhaust a week ago. Haven't seen anything from the port side yet, but maybe it's in the lake.
