This group of ISPs has chosen to block emails from the forum to their subscribers for over a year.

I have made several attempts to resolve this issue but have not been successful.

This issue will have to be resolved by customers asking for the block to be removed.

I believe that this Time Warner Cable forum would be a good place to raise the issue and that a group of members doing so would receive more attention than a single member.

I would be happy to provide the relevant logs and help with drafting posts.

Are there any volunteers?

I went in to the online settings for my charter acct and added jetboater.net as a safe sender. I guess we will see if it helps.

Thank you. Did you add jetboater.net or jetboaters.net?

@subysti, I sent you two test emails. One through my work server and second through the forum server.

I believe you received the first but the direct email continues to be rejected

Looking at the logs we have 113 bounce notices for your email address in the last two days.

I use spectrum as my ISP, but not as my email provider. I suppose I could create an email address and associate it with the forum?

I use spectrum as well, but don't use their email.

That could be an excellent way to get from action to remove this block. Not being a customer I do not have any leverage.

Spectrum here, but never their email. If we had any other choice we would go with them. Spectrum is probably the worst run company I've ever had to deal with.
