Will the standard yds work with a new ar250? Is there any other way to read codes? My neighbor just picked one up and it is flashing a check engine light. I'm wondering if my yds will connect. If so, where is the plug located?
 
You will need the yds2 which is for 13 and up i believe. Mine goes to current model year.
The standard yds wont work
