I bought my Jet Boat (Yamaha 232HO) this past summer and had a ball. Certainly a learning curve with steering but with practice I got better. Always a sad time when it is time to take out of the water and store for the winter.
I was inspecting my trailer and the winch "lock" appears not to be working properly (may have rusted beyond repair). It appears as though it is a "one piece" unit which is bolted to the frame and was curious if I could just replace the entire thing. Any one have any suggestions/tips on repairing or replacing? Thank you in advance!

I messed with mine for too long up to the beginning of this year to a point were strap itself was starting to tear and kept fighting it in/out with every use. Went with Fulton F2 and couldn't be happier. Solid product that is built to last. Just do it and you'll be happy that you did later is my advice.

Amazon had the best price at the time I bought it. There are a couple different weight capacities if I remember. I bought Fulton F2 FW32000101
