Wingboarding - wakeboarding behind a plane

Due to costs and liability, I cannot see this hobby taking off...literally. However, I have been wrong before. I'll be the first guy out there cheering the guy on, that has the sack big enough to go on that ride.

I agree but its cool. What happens if you loose control pop your chute and float down with the unit under your feet?

They must have a quick release system attached to the wing.

It would be difficult to control the chute with à wing trying to stay up while going down.

This is a cool thing but I prefer Jetman at Skydive Dubai.

(I used to be a skydiver..)
