I know little about Scarabs but if it was my Yamaha or Seadoo, the first thing I'd do is see if the gate moves when you put it in F or R.
If it doesn't, which sounds like your case, the next step would be to check the cable going into the gate. If that's moving, then either the gate is jammed/frozen somehow or the connection to the gate is maybe broken or come apart.
if the cable doesn't move, then either there's a break somewhere or it's disconnected at the throttle assembly I would think. It's also possible the cable is seized. Whether it's seized or broken you'll likely have to replace it.
Not sure this helps but I think you have to chase down the problem and isolate it. Hopefully the Scarab guys can be more specific. Good luck.

Ya thanks for the input. It looks like it’s just stuck in middle but when I put in forward and it goes backwards that’s def a concern.
I also looked at the digital dash and was telling me when I wanted to changed driving modes to see dealer it tells me could also be an electrical issue maybe.
Anyways I just pulled it out of the lake and dragged to the marina. It’s prob gonna hurt a little but I would like to be on the water and not land. Hahaha
Thanks again
