That my friend is a Yamaha FSH19 a great JET BOAT. That is safe for people and sea life because it has no exposed prop to cut up sea mammals like Manatee or carless people. Thus is why there several different boat manufacturers offering different hull designs, configurations and power/propulsion options. We all have different needs and opinions. What works for you may not be ideal for someone else. If it gets you out on the water and puts a smile on your face you did good!

so clemsontiger what do you have now? Just curious to see. For me the little 190 is a great starter boat. I will admit yamaha does need to change their bow design for the center console segment to a more flared deep v profile to cut threw the nasty stuff but i have enjoyed the decent gas mileage. But as a side note with the new experience over with i do know what my next boat will be.

Having owned several other boats, I certainly would not classify the gas mileage as good when compared to an IO or OB. But its not terrible ... Still like the boat

I went and bought another shytie quality boat, but one that at least lets me fish proper, handle rougher seas and NOT require constant attention to the helm & steering wheel.

well a tide water is not a bad looking boat and reminds me somewhat of a sea fox in profile. and yes has to be better in the rough. The wife has already given her approval for the next boat but i’m going to hang on to the little 190 for at least 2 more years and should be just the way i want it before parting ways.

Tidewater is a very nice boat...looked at them at the boat show...wish I could afford one... really like those 18' and 21' Grady Whites too...They appear to be really well made

Grady Whites a really nice boat. But length wise i’m going with 24’to 27’, and looking at a cape horn. Was putting my boat on the trailer thursday and beside me was a 35’ fountain. Made mine look like a dingy. Which about everything down here does that lol.

I use a 35’ fountain every year for the Miami to Key West poker run. Over 60 gal an hour in fuel enjoy your boat.

That's for sure! Had a Scarab back in the day and it was one of the biggest piece of crap! Looked fantastic but poorly built!. Fountain no thank you ( fast but simply don't care for them). Now days Outlerlimits when it comes of go fast.
