Hi. I wanted to give some information back as I have benefited from others.
Problem 1. only 1 right hand spark plug working.
Answer. Bought a new stator on eBay. All right hand spark plugs worked. To get left hand side going I replaced the inner switch. Just to let you know 3 weeks later the outer switch went. Should have bought 2 in the first place. It takes 2 switches. They are the same. All sparks plugs going.
Problem 2. Boat would not turn off. Answer was replace the ignition switch. All good
Problem 3. Boat would not rev out.
Answer. Adjust the trigger. Turned it 1.5 turns anticlockwise. Fixed.
Problem 4. The engine wash attachment was missing.
Answer. Bought a watering system valve from Bunnings. Fixed. Just need to remember to close the valve before heading off.
It’s been a year and boat last registered in 2007 with nothing working to get it back on the water. Hope this helps.
