I’m 99% certain these are the new wireless charging phone holders on the new 22’ boats. There is also a surface mount model that looks like a great replacement if your boat has the factory “phone clip“ holder. Overton’s seems to have the best price for these.

The charging cradle simply unscrews, so you can surface mount that one as well. You'll need to drill 4 holes....mounting template is available online.
