You need to be more specific about what you mean by sensitive… paint us a picture with words of what you are experiencing on the boat.
Does this happen when going slow?
Does this happen when going fast?
Does this happen when you’re at best cruise?
Does this happen when you are using the joy stick?
I’m not sure how the E drives are but my analogue steering is 1.5 turns lock to lock, so 3/4 of a turn from center to full left or right.
