Hey everyone! Was going through the boat yesterday and came up with a decent idea for storage I wanted to share. As you all know there’s not a lot of places to put stuff on these boats since they have hard tanks for ballast. it’s a double edged sword. Love the hard tanks just stinks for storage room. The wife found these smaller milk crates that we had been using so I bolted them onto the cover for the surf points motors that’s removable and it freed up a little more storage room!

Thanks for he idea. Where'd you get the crates? How'd you bolt them down?

Sweet Baby Jesus...Your Helm closet is SOOOO much more organized with the hydraulics and Drive system than mine. I have crap all in the middle and everywhere. Thought that was how everyone's was. Now I'm a bit pissed.

BTW, great idea with the storage.

That is a great idea.

@flyingnugget is right though, the 2024s don’t look like that. I have 2 of those motors and pumps under the helm and they take up all the floor space.

@F.M.

Ok, Thats makes me feel better. It's the 2024 that have all the extra pumps. I thought I had really sloppy install LOL

Just because it’s supposed to be in there doesn’t mean it’s not sloppy. I feel like mines port sloppy too. But maybe that layout the way it is for a reason, I don’t know.
