Yamaha 255XD surf point wedge not activate

my surf point tabs not open
use this way

but not helped
I check all wire connections , then applied 12 V directly from the battery to the tabs drive - everything works -tabs open .
the control unit apparently does not receive a signal to activate.
boat in europe dealer has no experience with new boats

Did you click set on surf menu?

I see post is from 2022, did you got it solved? Curious to what was the issue. Sounds like the bcm maybe? Not sure if bcm also control the surf pointe.
