This video was produced to illustrate the ease in which an operator can transition from forward to reverse. Unlike traditional inboard outboard boats, or outboard boats, Yamaha Jet Boats don't have to reverse the direction of the impeller blade in order to move the boat in reverse. By simply lowering the reverse hood, you are able to redirect your thrust in the direction needed to guide the boat where you intend to go.
