Yellow Exclamation Warning Light - In compass circle on Screen

I have a 2016 203 VRX Chapperral and noticed when going slow the steering will sometimes make a kind of grinding sound. At normal speeds seems to be fine. Last time I noticed the Yellow ! warning in the circle where the compass direction comes up. I had not noticed it before. Any suggestions? I
