12V at helm not working

2018 242 lse. 12V at helm is not giving me any power. How should I trouble shoot this sucka?

My model has a circuit breaker right next to it. Not sure about yours; but look for that. If not check wires on the back side under the helm, then look at fuses. Also check the plug of the device you are connecting. It has a fuse inside the plug too.

I have the same issue and checked the fuses and none of them are blown. Any other suggestions?
