Just wondering if anyone has purchased the trailering cover for there boat? If so how's the quality and how does it fit? Any pictures would be great thanks.
The trailering cover seems to be a full cover that is one piece, and is similar to the Yamaha cover. The site says $800 retail, but that doesnt include freight, taxes, and dealer surcharge.
We bought the cover and trailered with it. It has a ratchet type strap that holds it on. It holds great running 70mph. My opinion is it is a very nice cover. It just doesn't fit nicely around the tower. Other than the tower it's a nice cover. It seems durable. We've only towed once with it for around 6 hours so I can't say how long it'll hold up. Hopefully a long time for the price. It also comes with two poles to help keep water running off. Kinda like the bow section of the mooring cover. If anybody has questions just ask. I'll try to get some pics up Friday after work.
That's great news. I was afraid of towing with it as I thought it may chafe in spots. 6hrs is good enough test for me. It's true it does not fit well around the tower. Good quality with openings for access to cleats as well.
Entrance into the boat. To get in if ya need to with out removing the cover. Might be for some other reason, because it's a tight fit for me. And I'm just 5,9 about 180.
