2013 sx240 sensor problems?? Help?

Hey guys.technical question for someone who knows their shit .bought a 2013 sx240.port side engine blew.installed 2 new sbt engines and my injection and electronics.port side engine loses power at wot.swapped injector rails and same result.swapped atmosphere sensor same result same side.this is all being done by the Yamaha dealer.he said but when he swapped the map sensor, or atmospheric sensor from one side to the next it read diff reading and should not.so he is gonna swap ecm tommorow.the bad engine is getting the wrong fuel delivery.the plugs are diff shades of black and cylinder 4 is the worst.anyone have any ideas? And yes I know I shouldn't have bought this boat but the deal is done and the previous dealer sent me a check for 9 k to have the one side done.so I don't need any comments unless anyone has any advice .how many sensors are on a 1.8 replace em all and an ecu? Gonna lose my sanity over this damn boat.

Something is telling the ecm to run too rich or too lean at w.o.t.anyone have any ideas? My dealer is working diligently on it but is a little confused! I'd be willing to pay or send money to someone to get some sound advice!
