Based on your profile info...you have a different boat than Vito....so not likely that they'll be the same issue (but possible I suppose).

Hey no we have the Yamaha Ar 190. When I made our profile page we had a deposit on the scarab. My bad I'm trying to fig out how to update profile so I don't cause any confusion.

Temp Sensor malfunction...is it a California emissions boat? You can run the boat through 3 full start up cycles (start, shut off, let it power down completely) and see if it clears itself, otherwise you've probably got a failure.

Yes, it's a CARB boat. The error code eventually went away after all day on the water but it happened twice this season. No issues with performance while the code was active. Also seems to come up after I try to start the boat without safety lanyard.

For some reason the CA boats are sensitive and that code pops up a lot. The 3 full cycle thing is what Yamaha recommends to clear it...
