I would check with Jet Ski of Miami. They sell Yamaha boats and should be able to do the work. Or a reputable custom boat shop. Less than two hours tops.

Rep name Robert said going to check price and labor and get back to me in 2 hours . I guess jetski of miami does not have a tech to do that kind of job
Can you elaborate a little more on where you started drilling when you missed the metal? I am just about to start this project I want to make sure I start in the right place. Perhaps telling me how far from the side wall and the back wall where the rear seat is would be of help.Absolutely love what you did with your AR and I’m really excited to start my project!
