It does have all the hardware. Not much to it 4 19mm nuts and 4 large washers. No bimini but it has the hardware attached for it15177716441921922623792.jpg

Yeah, right!

F#@$@%&@ mother f$%@^#&#^%s that they are. Got zilch for warranty coverage from those punks.
But - it's all good, working its way through the court system, I guess that's how they play.
You know, it was a combination of "operator's error and conditions" so they didn't feel responsible for the f@#$%#$ POS of the locking mechanism that fails there.

No, seriously - please ask me how I really feel about it!!!!! LOL.

Hmmm... I guess I still am a little touchy feel about the whole thing. Damn.
