2017 AR 190

Nice!

Hoping to get mine in the water for the first time next weekend. Got it home, and in the garage last night!

Just need registration numbers, and life vests now.

Would love to have an answer for this as well. I believe I read somewhere that the lockers on the AR190 were built to hold a ten pound Danforth? I can't find where I read it here though.....anyone?

I use the 'Yamaha Deluxe' anchor (I think that's what it's called) in the anchor locker of my 192. It is a Danforth style and 10 lbs I believe. Fits perfectly in the locker.

Edit here is a link to the same one I think https://www.jetboatpilot.com/index.php?id_product=113&id_product_attribute=0&controller=product

We also bought the AR190. Does anyone feel it dragging when taking off at full force? When we take people wake boarding it doens't take off very fast. It's seems like it's lacking pick up. We have about 20 hours on the boat now.

Mine hits hard enough to yank the rope out of the skiers hands if I'm not careful with throttle application. I'm a seasoned boarder and had to remind the wife to take it easy the first few times out.

If you have cavitation issues (I did) on the stock setup there are a few things that can be done to help. My biggest benefit was sealing the intake tunnel from underneath with a good quality silicone. I also installed a Lucky 13 Cone, although I think the tunnel sealing was a much better mod for much less money.

Here is an L13 Cone installation How-To with example videos.

Do any of you guys run this boat in coastal rivers? I live in Midway, GA and see lots of outboards, but almost no jet boats. Why is that?
