242X Ballast filling issue-short circuit?

So to brag on my local dealer (Fredericksburg Motor Sports), the boat service manager called me on Sat at 7:30 PM.
He's out on paternity leave next week and wanted to make sure he had all the current information so that he could make sure his team is ready. I am impressed!

On his suggestion, I completely de-powered the system (battery switches; that I had not done in a few days b/c boat was staying in the water (bilge)).

It reset the system and it appears that all ballast actions, even with the touchscreen, are functioning!
Put the boat back in the water, on the trailer (ramp) tonight to test, and all systems are g0-

Will update if new insight is gained-
