The good: Interior redone, oil system removed in favor of mixed fuel/oil, starters and stator coils replaced, port engine starts up fine, owner has title
The bad: Starboard engine cranks but doesn't start currently, owner says both engine's were compression tested 115+ last year, gauges were not working when they bought it in 2017

Owner is willing to take $3500

I am thinking about looking at it this weekend and it seems like a good deal based on the market but not sure. It would be a first boat, don't mind a small project at the price point. Is it worth it?

nice looking boat... missing the top section of the wakeboard tower... it's a great lake boat for recreational use.. salt water =10X more maintenance... it will be faster than the current 4 strokes a the expense of shorter maintenance intervals... the windshield hatch covers will disintegrate and delaminate over time... I built a set of molds and made some new ones for my boat out of fiberglass... the molds are out in the wild as I sold them to another forum member... lots of mods and maintenance documented here along with the boats short falls... did i mention it's a great hull with a delta V pad and will run in the mid 50's... its usually the stators or a snagged piston ring that keep these things from running... if you dont run them WFO all the time they last petty good... but man they do invite you to push the throttles to WFO...
