That is a awesome structure man. 2000 sq ft of living. I wish I could talk my wife into moving out of the burbs and do something like this. Plus its not like she doesn't know what they look like. Our office is 10k sq ft building with 2k sq ft office that is as nice as our house.

you will surely enjoy it. The only issue we have here is the wind, but you have trees to stop some of that.

We got a "homestead exemption" on our house, despite being in a neighborhood, we're far enough outside the city to be considered "rural". Took property taxes from ~$2,800/yr down to $175/yr. Yay loopholes!

You need to get a drone up to get some overhead shots or definitely the go pro or something with time lapse shots every few minutes while working,

We got one of these for doing Time Lapse in our manufacturing area at the office. WOrks like a champ and the housing has saved it from a few bonks along the way. Only about $180 on amazon

My brother has 10 acres in Arkansas with just an old barn on it, $17 a year. My mom’s land is almost 80 acres with 2 houses a big barn and couple sheds, I think she pays less than $300 a year. She thought it was crazy that I paid around $7000 for my small lot with House in TX.

I'm a huge fan of how you have your driveway "wind" to your house.
It completely eliminates the clear view from the road, giving an extra layer of privacy.

Thanks, It was our vision and it has turned out better then expected so far. I hope the rest turns out the way we expect it will.... lol

I wanted that privacy and an easy pull in & out for our camper. The trees will be a shield from the gravel dust I can't believe the traffic up and down that road is just crazy.

Awesome! I would love to have a setup like this. If only I could talk my wife in to moving away from the city. Land where she wants to live is ridiculously expensive. It cost $200,000 just to get a 3/4 acre building lot here, and no new construction homes under $750k
