Anyone know much about Ram Trucks?

Saturn tried that and it didn't work

@octavio3311 Dislike? what's to dislike? I just posted facts. I don't really care about the thumbs down. just curious what's to dislike?

@Big Shasta - As Im reading your reply, I'm sitting here thinking "What the F is Shasta talking about - I agreed with him". I loved Saturn's policy. The car's were priced exactly the same no matter where you went - what's not to like. I bought a Saturn back in 95' as a commuter and drove that thing 315k miles. It still ran like a champ when I got rid of it. Why's Shasta calling me out. ???????

Then I went back to read your post - still confused. Then I saw my error. Dude that was a boo boo. I meant to give you a thumbs up, not a thumbs down. Thanks for pointing that out. Im changing that now.

Must've been the vodka and cranberry!

Not sure if you are still looking for input but here ya go:
Multiple Ram owner with a 2010 1500 and two 3500's (old one was a 2006, new is a 2016). Not a brand loyal family but until the other two can meet the offerings of RAM, that's where we will stay.
They have been very solid trucks. with 100k+ miles on the 1500 and 180k on the last 3500, only two issues. One was a power steering hose clamp and the other was the rack and pinion steering boot was torn.
And I think nothing needs to be added about the Cummings awesomeness.

rams are good trucks we have 3 rams they run great

Love ours! Love it. Love. <- is that helpful? We love it.

There are great deals to be had if you are patient and play the game. I've had my Laramie ecodiesel for a few months now and got close to 14k off MSRP which equates to 23+% off.

So far so good and this past weekend on our first outing of the summer the truck begs to pull the boat. Effortless....like it wasn't even there. Great truck. Great ride.

If you need help finding deals I wrote an application to pull data from cars dot com and then sliced/diced in excel to help me target dealers that appeared highly selective towards posted discounts. Granted, this was a national search as I was willing to travel for the deals. Thankfully I only had to travel to Rosenberg TX. :)

I thought I did great getting 12k off of MSRP! None of the local dealers had the truck I was looking for in stock, so I turned to AutoTrader and I looked at a 250 mile radius. I found Bob Allen Ram in Danville, KY with the truck I wanted advertised at a little over 10k off MSRP. They were willing to do the deal over the phone. It took about 30 minutes and I drove down the next day to pick up my truck. I bought a 2014 Ram Sport 5.7l Hemi, and it has been flawless. I now have 33,000 miles on it and have had zero problems so far. It tows my 242 Limited S like its not even there.
