I have seen several videos on you-tube when the tow vehicle goes into the water. Several of them are trying to get the boat out and go backwards back int the water. Poor guy!
I wonder if the person in the boat had been quick enough to fire up the engine, put it in gear and goose the throttles maybe that would have stopped the truck from sliding all the way in. That would have been an epic save for sure.
Sorry just saw this...haven't been on in a while. I was at Tyme n Tyde until this year. I moved the boat to a friends property at Lake Anna. The boat is still winterized and I'm thinking of selling it. Just too busy with the kids to get out anymore. Literally have not had 1 chance to go out this year. Kids play travel sports and practices are Mon-Thurs and we're gone every weekend for tournaments. Last weekend we were in Annapolis Friday and VA Beach Saturday and Sunday. Will be that way until the beginning of August, then we might get a weekend or two to get out before school starts back up.
