are there carfax type things for boats? When/if you sell it will it list that there was an accident?

That sucks...but at least they owned up to it. I'd ask around for a glass shop and get it in there ASAP to get fixed. I'd also gt another estimate on the trailer and if it can't be fixed, then it's upgrade time.

That's terrible. I feel for you. I'm sure they can get it good as new and provide some good free storage for you in the near future
