Best way to attach ballast bags to swim platform

I used a couple of ratchet straps with a tie in between - simple and effective. We found that having 800lbs on the platform made the wave steep and aggressive. This year we are going to try moving it forward onto the floor. Cam.

Ties up to rear handle with a towel running under the rope across the seat. Surf side. makes a huge difference. I have the Big bags and run the rope through both the loops and the straps on the bag.
