Best way to destroy the cleanout plug?

I got one of em out using a car jack. Other one is good stuck. Next up operation destroy it!
I I honestly think you just want to destroy it

and to be honest I want to see how you do it

I unscrewed the top and used the car scissor jack to pull the top out, then pried the rubber seal out then drilled a hole in the bottom plastic piece. Stuck a rope through, tied a knot and car scissor jacked the bottom piece out. All done. There was all kinds of grime and sand holding everything in. I put brand new cleanout plugs in place. They lock unlock just fine now.
