Boat Graphics Pictures Please

That's really cool. My son dose graphics design he says a boat can be wrapped for $500 or less. The possibilities are endless when it comes to design.

Ty, I found the art work yrs ago on ebay.... My installer was able to get ahold of the company, and purchased discontinued artwork... Paid about 2k for the job, upper and lower...

IMG_0089.JPG I did a full wrap with the blue and had them remake the stock logo with a color scheme that would fit better with blue. For the most part people think it's stock or a special order.

The blue looks great! I have an ar195 I just got last Friday I might have to copy the first picture with the tribal design and go with blue instead of red.

That sounds like a nice combo.

Hey I got a question. Are these boats suppose to be this noise you? They seem a bit loud.

Yep, pretty much. All those jet boats are loud.
Sound proofing helps, a good seal around the engine hatch - easy and inexpensive - great improvement. Just nothing too thick so that you are not putting pressure on the hinges when closing the hatch. There is a lot of posts, various ideas.

My understanding is that they have actually gotten better. The smaller motors rev higher and produce more noise.

That is true, too!

And now even Chaparral and Scarab are learning it - those direct jet drives are very hard to quiet down.

I have that high output engine it quites down when I get up around 6 and 7k rpm noisey as hell Round 5k rpm.

@Bob S great looking boat! If you boat on Wylie I will keep an eye out for you to see this thing in person.

Yep. I have always found it hard to find a real sweat spot in the power curve and it does seem higher that you would expect it to be, quite unlike any of my previous outboards. But, those 1.8 engines do loosen up a bit after break in.

@cozilla - we moved the boat to lake Norman this season. Two season on lake Wylie was good but it's time see some new sites.
