There really isn't much if any competition in Alabama. Only two authorized Yamaha boat dealers and they are on opposite sides of the state which is crazy because we have a lot of lakes in the state.
 
Exactly. They basically have the Yamaha market monopolized. You are forced to drive 4 hours between dealers. One is close to Georgia and the other is close to Tennessee. Really makes me want to sell my boat and get a Mastercraft or something that I know will last just as long but if I do need to take it in some where, itll be easy to find a place. I can throw a rock and hit 3 places that will service Mercury engines
 
I'm just gonna quit my job and open a Yamaha boat dealership off Mitchell with a quality service department that cares about their customers after the initial boat sale :D

I've run a service department and managed a parts warehouse....give me shout lol
 
So we got 3 employees so far.

Gonna call it "Wedoyouright Marine" :D
