hi. I have a 2017 glastron gts rotax but this issue may be on any boat. When I push throttle forward I hear and feel a clicking noise inside the throttle lever. Does this mean my throttle cable needs to be adjusted or is about to break ? Or any other issue you guys can think of ? Thanks

The only advice I can offer is to take the binicle apart to inspect it for a problem. Do you feel any resistance when it clicks? Does the click always happen at the same position or power setting? I would much rather spend the time checking it out at home than having something break while on the water wishing I had checked it out at home.

Thanks for reply Gym. I will try take it apart like you suggested and see if I see anything. Yes I can “feel” the clicking and it happens full range in forward. Not in reverse.

It's possible it may just need some grease. Be careful when you take the binnacle apart. I would take pics incase anything, like a spring comes flying out you'll know where it goes.
