We went for our 2nd Keys trip back in June ( the first one we had no viper ) .
The Viper worked very well! All handling was better, especially with the fast current around the bridges.

I have some pictures to show people what nozzles the VIPER N K and the VIPER N K II setups work on as they mount differently depending on what style nozzles your boat uses so other than the install hardware and instructions those two are the same .

Installed the Viper and love it. This is my 8th be boat and first jet. Wasn't too happy with handling the first couple times out but after the ,3rd time was getting the hang of it. After installing the Viper I certainly felt more at home. Still not perfect but at least not so nervous at the dock. As everyone has said you won't be sorry for making the purchase. You couldn't be more right!

I have not tried the Vipers specifically, but basically anyone who likes the feeling of a traditional boat handling - no uncontrolled spinning - will love any of the @Cobra Jet Steering LLC fins set up DOWN all time.
(in "No Wake" mode the boat with Cobras still spins around on its axis, its just slow-mo)
I've had the Ultimates and now AKs and both are amazing and really change the boating experience, especially with the pre-keel hulls. You get that feeling of the boat riding like it's riding on rails.

Spinning the boat at high speeds (like a typical small jet boat) is diminished which for me is a huge plus (but some like it though) -a boat with Cobras set down at speed tends to track more like a boat w/traditional propulsion.

There is no substitute for Cobra fins as far as enhancing "at speed" handling (as far as I know).
