Dear American Jet Boaters, from a fellow jet boater north of the 49th (the longest undefended border in the world) please accept the condolences of a "northern" boating brother for the loss of your citizens on this day 19 years ago. None of us up here will forget your loss or the sacrifices of your fellow Americans on that day. Respect.
