Man I really hate to hear you didn't get all the TLC we received @Hana. We had the complete opposite of an experience! Our sales guy spent almost 3 hours with us putting us through a detailed orientation and answered a 100 questions. During the orientation showed us how to put on the Bimini top and the premium cover (no small task in either case). They also made it clear during other store visits not to trailer long distance over 45 MPH with the Bimini top canvas installed so I was not surprised the top was not installed yet. As it turns out installing it together was a part of the orientation process...
As a side note, when I recognized you from your profile Pic and introduced myself, we had already been there a good hour before you and later I was surprised that you had already left with your boat long before (perhaps 45 min) we pulled out. I even said to my wife, wow they really got through their orientation a lot faster than we did.
The one big differentiating factor in our experience could be that I signed all the paperwork the Monday evening before and told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Saturday afternoon. They agreed because the boat was just off the truck, was not prepped or on the galvanized trailer I ordered yet. Friday they called me and said the boat is ready and asked if I could come in around 9:00 am. When we arrived they were in the process of putting the final touches on a detailed cleaning and waxing, I was honestly surprised the carpet was installed as I was figuring it was optional choice and I would need to snap it in if I wanted to use the carpet. He even helped us pick out all the accessories, anchor, a couple tubes, tow ropes, life jackets, BBQ, fender bumpers, dock lines, lake maps, etc. He recommended (wrote down on paper) his favorite launching ramps that are spacious and easy to use on both Altoona and Lanier, being that I'm new to Atlanta and never been to either lake before.
As a follow-up, first thing Monday morning he called me on his way in and asked how it went, if we had any issues or had any more questions or needed help with anything?
Needless to say, we couldn't be happier with the Kennesaw location and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
