Makes sense. I rinse my feet off in the water but of course I enjoy pristine lakes here in Maine and I do the anchor buddy/sand slide spike thing with the boat backed in. I suppose the shower would get more sand off though. I had not considered the fishing or now that I think of it cooking aspects. My excuse for not thinking of those is that I don't fish a lot and when I do it is catch and release. Now when I am finally able to make it on the Bimini trip I certainly want to try for some fresh tuna sushi and hopefully someone will give me some pointers on fishing for tuna. As far as grilling well I don't grill on the boat. Too much work and heat for me for the boat. I just make or pick up cold cut sandwiches, subs, chester fried chicken, or something like that along with snacks. I am starting to realize that there are some good uses for the shower depending on how you use your boat. I will reach out the those who have already expressed interest when I look to sell my shower kit. If no dice then I will put ir up in the classifieds. No need to express more interest on this thread but if you have other uses I am still curious as to what other uses are out there.

@n111z - Hopefully this derailing side conversation is insightful but I doubt having or not having a shower is going to be a decision maker for you.

I believe Limiteds have cushions to sit on the swim deck, too. And swim platform speakers (with cutouts in side cushions)?

Yep more cushions on the swim deck and speakers. One boat out there even has embroidered lower seat backs, lower seat backs are standard and embroidery is custom on the 242 LS below. Keep in mind that @JetBoatPilot sells some really cool extra thick seadek seat bottoms for the ar240 that might even be better than what is stock on the LS and up. Those tiny seat backs are through bolted on the LS so there are holes there where as on the AR240 there are no holes and you have a cleaner and larger area to apply a boat name decal.

Rinsing off the feet, toys, people, you know. you must be clean before coming into the VIP area of the AR. Otherwise they have to stay on the dance floor in the back with those messing feet.

I'm not a fan of the cushions on the swim platform. Too much activity and traffic in my boat for that area. Would be destroyed quickly I think.

Mainah

Is your boat name embroidered on the back cushions? If not what did you use or do to put the boat name on the cushions?
