Not sure how many boats have same size bilge outlet but a 12 gauge shot plug (from 12 gauge shotgun shell) fits perfectly in mine. I use to use blue tape to keep bugs out. Had to get new piece each time. This is reusable. We reload our shells so we get them by the bagful. 
That and 2 ear plugs keeps my outlets bug proof. Important for Florida boats.
