that's a bit scary… Sooo.. the folks that live in these areas boat there at their own risk? lol
No different for all the boaters in the south or ocean boaters....gators and sharks are all over the place. Seems gators do kill a few more than sharks....but you are probably more likely to be struck by lightning than killed by a gator.

But I'm not saying I'd happily go boating in a lake in S. Georgia or Florida....I'd just read up on risks and mitigation....
 
Spent an awesome day on Falls lake today with my daughter Caitlin, two of her friends (twins) and their dad. Lots and lots of tubing!!!!

Did pull up to blue 212X and tell them about the site.....hopefully he finds his way here!
 
We stuck to Belews today, and also talked to a '12 SX240 about the site. Likely be on Falls again 2 weeks from today.
