I ran it for about 2 hours. Most of the break in is done. I really like the single throttle on the e series. I really need to figure out how to set ramp modes and speeds for skiers. I love the extra space.
The quiet drive technology is less than expected. My previous scarab with twin 250's was very close in noise level. At least to my ear. The stereo needs an upgrade over the winter. Hopefully I can just get by with adding an amp for awhile. I've added the fangs and fins and am happy with the handling. However, my scarab seemed to be easier to maneuver in tight spaces. I did not have any problems launching or retrieving. I do like being able to take my hands off the wheel and not start spinning.
After retrieving the boat, I got close to a gallon of water out of the bilge when I pulled drain plug. I thought that is odd since we didn't bring any water on and just cruised for 2 hours. Overall I'm excited for spring to get here. Once again, I love the storage on this thing.
