What about the side cushions on the transom, the ones with the cutout for the transom speakers?
 
I have that hatch and I have all cusions but I’ll double check to make sure

I've been looking at this pic, how does this happen?

I'll be in Orlando at the end of the month, do you still have the stern table mount, table mount leg, aft grab handle and one or two cleats.

Heavy winds and waves rocked the boat enough that the lift went though the boat pretty much cutting it in half. All I have left of what you asked for is a few pop up cleats.
