Fuel Hatch Removal

I wish this project had gone much better for me. Some bolts were already broken by the time I got the boat, and I could not get one out. I ended up trying several solutions and still had 2 or 3 I could not fully resolve. It's "good enough" for now, but this job is a terrible pain when it goes sideways.

I did it to remove the fuel float, only to find out the float was good, and it was the fuel gauge that had failed, needle only moved between full and 3/4...

So I need one bolt... where is the best place to get one? Is this something lowes would have?
Doubt it. Those big box stores seem to have little in the way of stainless. The True Value has some by me but my Father in law actually got some higher grade from his machine shop for me. He's in Texas, so it's not helping me at the moment though...

Ace hardware will have the same thread in stainless. Might be button bolt or Phillips, but thread will be correct.
