So after a year of using the NSNG diet and exercising here are the results from my latest blood work. No statins or other drugs.
Cholesterol is down to just a tick above “normal”.
Then a big uptick in the good HDL
Then a big drop in the bad LDL
Another big drop in Triglycerides
And the best and most unexpected news was a huge drop in my psa
All of that by going to a NSNG diet and a good work out program.
