Help before i try this - manual ballast drain

The impellers are easy to inspect I checked mine as they sit they fold over and hold that position but will operate and move water they are not designed to be water tight. With the jumper cable you will still leave all your pre sets but if for what ever reason one bag says its full but is only half full that's when you can use the cable to fill it. Or in your case the bag says its empty but its half full just hook up the cable and empty it super easy. I send out instructions with labels for each pump connection this way you will know how each one needs the power attached to fill or empty.

Thank you. I located/checked out my ballast pumps today (Im new to all this). Seems like there are 4 screws mounting the pumps the the walls. If I were to check out the impellers, I would need to remove the pumps via those screws? Also, what is the wire routing with the jumpers?
