Inspection Cover Replacement

Just replaced mine with 6" screw in type from West Marine. I had to enlarge the R.O. from 6" to 6.5". I used the top of the screw in lid as a template and traced it with a black magic marker. Bending over the open stern locker gave me nightmares of doing the scupper replacement but didn't take nearly as long. Only about 45 minutes of actual work time. I Used a battery powered jig saw which was still pretty tight but did the job.
