I have not yet worked out a replacement for the order form system. I will send you guys a message with instructions on how to order.

If nothing else, an easy Google Form would work. I'd be willing to assist with setup, if necessary. You can set up Notifications on the results spreadsheet so that it sends you/someone an email every time the form is submitted.

Edit: that's what i did with the weight loss challenge registration form.

We had a decent tool called Simple Forms. Unfortunately the author stopped updating it years ago.

I thought I was going to replace it with a very cool shopping cart system until I learned it required all payments to be sent to a single recipient while we have several members volunteering time to make swag available.

I have a couple of other forum based form options in mind but thank you for the Google Forms suggestion.
