Just wanted to say, for our first boat we love this thing. Fifth time out and absolutely love it, docking still a challenge but mainly because of all the idiots around the docks who have no clue that the ocean/river isn't there just for them. Boat handles chop better than expected. 20190609_125542.jpg20190609_125542.jpg20190609_125755.jpg

Docking and trailering was my biggest issue, especially after coming from a boat with a prop. When I finally figured out that I can just keep the throttles in neutral and engaging each throttle individuality as needed while gingerly approaching the dock or trailer, I never had an issue again. Hope this helps.

It does...launching and loading we got down to like 3 minutes...it's the dock approach that's tough usually very crowded and jet skis wandering aimlessly at dock , just need to get out mid week and take some repeat attempts....thank you

Cool! For me, the key word is gingerly. Take your time. Don’t feel rushed or worry about the idiots. Take as long as it takes to dock. You’ll regret moving in a hurry if you nick your boat up.

Yes, we don't power on or off we do the old guy bow line/stern line, walk it on/off the trailer which works very well for us.

I have the same guides, works really good as we usually have a decent cross wind/current.

Just ordered Cobra jet super ultimates for my single engine. Most of the time minimal problem docking and retrieving, but when the wind kicks up on a very busy weekend day, I want every advantage I can have.
