Mini Jet Build

Stomp grate. To clean off pump intake if it gets clogged with leaves or trash.

This is amazing design and build skills, nicely done!!! I like how you put the steering on the left side like cars!

Got a little cruising in this afternoon.

Little boat has been doing fine and so far it has worked out great for the mission with the exception of being too noisy. Ordered a roll of 1/8" closed cell foam and a roll of mass loaded vinyl thinking about lining the engine compartment panels but still have not determined if the source is the engine or if the pump is resonating the hull. May pull the impeller and shaft out and run the engine without them a little and see what it sounds like. Hopefully that would tell if it is from the engine or maybe an impeller/shaft balance issue. The public ramp got a load of sand with the high water lately. Tricky to launch. Made it work though. Didn't quite go fast enough to make the sand slide....all in all was a nice run b 4 work.IMG_20200130_073309.jpgIMG_20200130_073319.jpgIMG_20200130_081415.jpg

@Weasel, if I were you I’d be considering putting a winch on the front of that Tundra!
